The present executive and senior management team have identified the need for an expert engineer and genuinely capable lead for the South Island Structural Engineering business. They desire to appoint and empower the Principal to lead and direct activities for the team with full autonomy, as a key member of the leadership team.
We seek demonstrated competence across the following elements:
Structural Engineering Design - You will be an expert designer with comprehensive knowledge of and capacity to apply innovative, effective and compliant engineering solutions
Client Interaction - You will form effective channels of communication with valued clients and industry partners, to engage, retain and expand commissions for your business
Strategy - You will collaborate closely with the branch-based Director on strategy and direction for the business, developing and implementing structure and activities to drive growth of the division
Leadership - You will inherit a productive team of engineers, who seek the guidance and development of a senior consulting professional to boost their own professional development
