THE FIRM
This boutique chartered accountancy firm is based in Ellerslie, Auckland. With a varied client base including small to medium companies, and high net worth individuals, they are known for developing close, long term relationships to ensure they truly understand their needs. Services are tailored to the client and include financial reporting and tax compliance but also assist in implementing strategies that are holistic, practical and commercial.
THE JOB
As a BAS Manager you will take ownership of some of the client relationships ensuring their compliance needs are being met in a timely manner plus being able to spot opportunities to add further value to clients. You will support the Partner in developing junior staff members by providing technical training, coaching and assisting with performance appraisals as appropriate.
YOU
As a qualified Chartered Accountant in New Zealand with extensive experience of working in Professional Practice you will have solid technical accounting knowledge and a thorough understanding of statutory accounting requirements. Your fantastic communication and relationship building skills will assist you in bonding with your clients and team members quickly. Your ambitious nature will see you exceeding expectations and being offered promotion quickly.
