A highly regarded Land Development firm has partnered with Stellar Recruitment to source the experience of a Civil Engineer to take on the challenge of General Manager to lead and drive the land development business.In this role, you will be an integral figure within the business by leading a growing team to deliver land development engineering projects on time, implementing a high performance culture to drive results. You will have a CPEng qualification ideally, however this is not a technical position, the role is more focused around business development and building relationships to grow the business.

 

To be successful in this role you must have the following attributes:

15+ years post graduate Civil Engineering experience

Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering

CPEng qualification 

Strong Knowledge of Land Development industry

Great mentoring and Coaching skills

Strong understanding of NZ Standards

Strong focus on professional development
