Based out of the Head Office in Pukekohe, Tellen are the leading specialist in technology and communication systems supporting businesses through the Asia Pacific Region.
We service a broad range of industries supplying project management, installation, commissioning, training and first line support for all our solutions. We provide specialized radio and wireless integration in health and non-health markets, providing solutions to hospitals, industrial, commercial, aged care and utilities - working towards our goal of a one stop Virtual Service for Health Care Solutions
Location: Primarily, Pukekohe
Hours: Ideally full time, however would consider Part time hours

Roles and Responsibilities
- Electronic and Comms skill that gives the ability to independently work on hardware systems, testing, fault finding ( can do attitude)
- Technician standard grasp and understanding of IT platforms
- Basic customer services task, answering calls, responding to technical requests, logging information
- Work with a range of clients and products ranging within the private and public sectors
- Ability to travel throughout Asia Pacific when required (low expectation of international travel, moderate travel in NZ)
- Sales Tasks, selling to new customers and growing current customer business
- Covering emergency 24/7/365 on call on a rota basis
Candidate Needs
- Experience in Electronics or Comms engineering
- Confidence in ability to deliver the above roles and responsibilities
- Willingness to challenge when think something isn’t right
- Excellent time management with a willingness to learn and a can do attitude
- Confident to say I don’t know but I will go and ask senior tech for support
- Self-confidence when talking to customers and to ask for help when needed.
- Professional and Clear communication skills
- Comfortable working alone or as part of a team
Advantage, not essential
- Experience of working across a range of products
- Any knowledge of traditional paging systems
