This consultancy has a strong name in the market and is well known for their expertise and engineering prowess. With a key focus on the high performance of the team, this is a fundamental position within their close knit unit. You’ll be joining like-minded industry professionals, dedicated to delivering innovative and modern engineering solutions. This role will see the successful candidate involved in commercial and industrial structural design, project management from conception to completion, and client liaison. You will be given the autonomy and rope to work on projects from prelim design right the way through to the end of a project - therefore, you need to be able to show good experience in terms of your design skills and how you work from a practical standpoint.
  
You will need:

• 3 years’ plus experience within a New Zealand consultancy
• A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
• Competency in structural design within the New Zealand environment and some experience of seismic design
• A firm grasp of New Zealand standards

In addition to the above, you will need to be a motivated self-starter who has the ability to hit the ground running and learn within a highly cohesive and dedicated team.
