The Catholic Archdiocese of Wellington office exists to support the mission of the Catholic Church and in particular, the role of the Archbishop of Wellington. The Archdiocese has a range of responsibilities, from providing support and advice to 23 parishes, through to the property and facilities management of 42 Archbishop owned Catholic schools. The Archdiocese covers a geographical area in central New Zealand, from Levin and Masterton in the north to the southern boundary from Kaikoura to Westport.
 
This newly created position will see the successful candidate managing the relationships between the organisation and its customers. This business-critical role will be responsible for fielding calls from customers, assisting them with their billing queries and in some instances managing dispute resolutions. With a client base of over 9,000 we require somebody who is organised, resilient and who has a compassionate telephone manner.
 
Due to the nature of the calls being received, we are looking for someone with solid experience in accounts receivable, but more importantly, the ability to build relationships, solve problems for customers, manage an extensive database and able to work collaboratively with the wider team. If you feel you have strong financial administration skills and a solid background in customer service, we would like to hear from you.
