About the role
Reporting into the Finance Manager with a dotted line to the Accountant, this role will be responsible for the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
Other responsibilities include:
- Monthly sundry accrual listing
- Credit Card processing
- Petty cash and Petty cash journal
- Payroll IRD payments
- Fixed Asset Register update and maintenance and depreciation journal
- Update actual Capex spend
- FBT Returns
- Accrual Journals
- Fortnightly payroll back-up
- GST Returns
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years NZ experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail
