Our clients have been in operation for over 20 years and have customers both locally and Internationally.
The Role: They are seeking a Fitter Supervisor who is motivated and reliable to supervise and lead a team of fitters in their workshop. You will need to be a fitter with boat or marine experience or experience as a naval engineer. Good communication skills are required from the successful applicant.
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Experience in mechanical engineering
- Supervisory or Team Leader experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving ability
- Be well organised and have good time management
