A rare opportunity has arisen with this international company -a renowned leader in the compressed air industry, and Platinum Recruitment are pleased to be partnering with them in the search. We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer for their Auckland based operation.


The Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, the main responsibilities of the position are maintaining and servicing portable air compressors and generators and light compaction equipment. The successful candidate will possess extensive maintenance and service experience.


Essential Requirements

• Plant mechanic trade qualifications or similar (NZ recognised)
• Solid mechanical background 
• MUST HAVE Pumps/Compressed Air equipment service experience - (min 2 yrs NZ Exp and total min 5 years experience)
• Must be self-directed and have excellent organisational skills
• Overall responsibility to service and repair all equipment in a timely manner ensuring Customer Satisfaction 
• Strong communication/customer service skills 
• Basic / Intermediate PC skills
• Immediate NZ work rights
• Clean and full NZ drivers licence (preferably manual)
