The contract involves the maintenance of the water, wastewater and storm water networks and pump stations, mechanical and electrical maintenance of treatment plants, meter reading services, backflow device testing and grounds maintenance.
This is a diverse and challenging role that includes both office and site based activities. As the leader of a great team, you will you provide direction and guidance to ensure key contractual requirements are delivered in a high quality and safety-conscious manner, and that innovative thinking plays an integral part of the every-day service delivery.
You’ll have demonstrated experience in contract management, and will understand how to grow a high performance culture while maintaining strong client relationships. Developing new relationships is also a key part of the future.
To be considered for this role you will have relevant qualifications and experience, along with excellent organisational and planning skills, an ability to influence, and commercial acumen. Self-motivation and a results-orientated focus will be key to your success.
Industry experience in water, utilities maintenance or civil construction is preferred, but contract management experience in other industries will also be considered.
