About the Graduate Program:

The Waratah NZ Graduate Program runs for approximately twelve to eighteen months and will be based at our head office in Tokoroa.  Throughout the program you’ll get the opportunity to work across a diverse series of projects throughout the business, gaining knowledge of different roles and how they integrate locally and globally within the organisation. You’ll also have the opportunity for continual development with ongoing feedback and coaching, helping you expand your leadership and personal skills.  At the completion of the program, you’ll have gained extensive knowledge and experience to further facilitate your career within our team.

You’ll be:

  • Interested in the forestry or agriculture industries
  • Interested in the design and production of heavy machinery
  • Flexible, organised and driven to achieve
  • Self-motivated and someone who actively seeks challenge
  • A team player with well-developed communication & interpersonal skills

You should be a recent degree graduate in Engineering i.e. you have or will graduate in the 18 months up to December 2018.  Applicants with an average of Credit achievement and above will be highly regarded.
