Your new role
Continuing growth and success mean this company are seeking a Workshop Manager. This challenging yet satisfying role will see you responsible for the repairs and servicing of Plant Equipment, day to day operations of the workshop and staff management. They are looking for someone who has previous experience in a workshop manager role or who is looking to take the next step in their career.


What you'll need to succeed

• A qualification in Automotive (Heavy) Engineering
• Proficiency with Microsoft programmes including excel
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to communicate with people at all levels
• Happy working in a 50% on the tools, 50% workshop management position.

• Methodical and calm under pressure.
