If you're available immediately this is a great opportunity to join a reputable financial services company, they are offering 6 month or more as either an independant contractor or as a fixed term employee, which will take you through to 2019.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure seamless operations of financial and management accounting including month end processing, half-yearly report, year-end processing, annual report, annual audit, budgeting, cashflow management, and review of internal control, policies, processes and procedures.
You'll be responsible for providing accounting processing and support services for managers and staff as required.
Along with your can do attitude and resilient style to handle anything thrown at you in this busy role, you'll also need to show skills and experience in the following areas:
- IFRS experience
- Public sector or commercial accounting experience
- Comfortable and willing to work as senior Assistant Accountant plus
- Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office Skills
