With a fast growing, highly successful team and new projects starting all over New Zealand, we’re looking for a Team Leader North Island – Civil to drive further growth in a market full of opportunity.

We are looking for someone with a strong network in the New Zealand civils space (within consultancy or contracting) to help us continue to grow our business across the North Island. Based in either Auckland or Hamilton, you’ll have experience across a wide variety of civil design aspects, including some or all of: three waters infrastructure, geometric roading and pavement design. You’ll be technically astute with sound commercial skills, have strong project lead and relationship building capabilities, and experience with proposals through to project delivery.  Your excellent technical skills will be matched by your ability to build meaningful client relationships and you’ll be a confident communicator with the willingness to help out at every level. You’ll also take a strong lead in coaching and developing the next generation.

You’ll be working with and leading some of New Zealand's best engineers—people who continue to lead innovation and advancement in our country and beyond.  Our Civils team has earned a reputation for timely, accurate delivery, and the ability to meet tough challenges head on. We’re lucky enough to work on some of the country’s most exciting and complex projects, with an ever-expanding client network.  Beyond our own walls, we’re active members of the wider engineering community, attending and presenting at national and global engineering conferences, as well as contributing to technical industry committees.
