Based in Kumeu depot, Treescape Environmental is a vibrant and growing business unit of Treescape Limited. Servicing the Auckland Council Contract provides us the opportunity to build a better future for the city's natural environments from Rodney to Waitakere to Te Atatu.


Role Overview
This role is for a person passionate about providing environmental management works and excellent customer service. This will involve meeting clients from the residential and commercial sectors, providing sound advice and pricing options.
This includes the development and implementation of work programmes for a focused field crew, managing operations financial oversight, effective management of information to set specifications and key performance indicators and health and safety management.
The work will require managing from start to finish, while being dynamic and using initiative to ensure projects are completed safely and productively, communicating job progress with the contract manager and clients.
The successful applicant must demonstrate attention to detail and pride in their work as well as sound judgement, good decision making capabilities and the ability to work unsupervised.


The successful Applicant will have:

  • Experience in managing operations in a contract services environment 
  • Have a high degree of numeracy 
  • Proven experience in surveying and writing high quality site assessment reports
  • Good customer relation skills - will be required to deal directly with the public and clients
  • Proven experience in team leadership, motivating and managing field teams;
  • Advanced/Intermediate skills in MS Excel and MS Word 
  • Good communication and literacy - will be required to document specific site requirements, pricing and estimated resources required
  • Have good computer skills and be able to use mobile devices (iPhone/iPad)

The successful candidate will have solid computer and analytical skills, be a natural problem solver with the ability to maintain clear lines of communication at all times, demonstrating a calm and meticulously management style.
