fluid Recruitment are proud to partner with a well respected engineering contractor who has a high level of workflow and upcoming projects within electrical engineering
and maintenance works, who are now seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their organisation.
The role will include the creation and implementation of a detailed maintenance plan cvovering all aspects of project and ongoing maintenance works.
Working within the Senior Management team, you will take pride in creating a detailed maintenance plan and managing internal capability for planning, scheduling and assuring
projects and scheduled work are scheduled and dispatched in order to maximise efficiency and to exceed expectations within timeframes and deadlines. You will also have direct
involvement in financial planning and budget management of relevant projects. You will enjoy an involved role where you interface with multiple parties within an organisation
and work collaboratively with internal parties and third party providers/customers.
To be successful in the role you will have
- A proven background in the planning/project management within the electrical engineering sector
- A relevant qualification in a transferable field
- Electrical registration/relevant qualifications are highly desirable
- A passion for best practise and the natural ability to drive outcomes
- Proficiency in relevant work scheduling systems such as SAP/Primo
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with a wide array of people
