Fresco Systems is a reputable International Company with offices in Sydney, Singapore, Dubai and India delivering projects globally. We are proud of providing our clients with innovative, high quality, cost effective turn key projects in Bulk Materials Handling.
We are currently seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our excellent engineering team.
You'll be supported by a talented and experienced group of people from within the Engineering Department and the Fresco Management team.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing all facets of the Engineering Department including Project Management and Design.
- Leading and engaging engineering staff with an emphasis on promoting innovation.
- Managing the engineering function to improve operating performance reducing waste and delays promoting cost reductions and a high level of efficiency.
- Determining and implementing engineering strategies, policies and procedures.
- Engineering budgets.
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- A qualification in either NZCE, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor in Engineering.
- Experience in Autodesk Inventor 3d modelling and AutoCAD or Solidworks.
- Experience managing a team of engineers and evidence to show that you can engage staff and build a positive work environment.
- Knowledge of either Bulk Materials Handling Equipment or Process Equipment would be advantages.
- Experience with sheet metal design and fabrication.
- Experience with financial budgets.
- Excellent time and resource management skills.
- A "down to earth" attitude with high level of energy that will thrive in this dynamic role.
