As a result of an internal promotion and continued growth, GHD is now seeking a suitably qualified candidate for this senior leadership role which works across the New Zealand and Pacific Planning and Environment markets.
This influential leadership role drives not only the strategic direction and the continued growth of these groups, but also supports availability of resources, builds profile and market share and positioning of GHD as the preferred partner for our clients. It will be your knowledge of and desire to operate across both the environmental and planning portfolios that will be pivotal in continuing the success this group has seen. You are technically reputable in either of these portfolios and passionate about both.
You will have a strong industry profile and extensive and proven client relationships across both portfolios, ideally in the New Zealand market, and be responsible for leading tenders and responses to major planning and environment bids. Key to your role will be the pursuit and conversion of major projects and developing new business and services within these markets.
You will ideally have operated both client and consultancy side having led business development activities. With a strong track-record of leadership, you will have led teams in the delivery of projects and you are a champion of diversity, innovation and inclusion.
