The Role
It's a technical role that involves project management, leading Engineers and further developing an expert team in building structures. What sets them apart is the autonomy they allow their Seniors and Associates. Little to no red tape cuts your overheads and get on with the job.
The Progression
If you are sitting in a role where there are a number of Engineers that could potentially be in line for a promotion and you don't see career progression coming any time soon, this may be the right step for you. From day one develop a clear progression plan to get you to Director within 5 years.
The Consultancy
They are sizeable enough to get the cream of crop work, but still strategically growing to allow for higher return.
The Regional Manager already has a strong hold of clients within the industry, your responsibility will be to build on these relationships and run with it. Strong ties with progressive Architects who like to push the limits in design.
Renown for their laid back but professional approach with staff, they have managed to maintain a low staff turnover and some loyal employees over the years who have built their careers from scratch.
The Work
Multiple recent 15-30+ storey projects won and more major ($60m+) projects in the pipeline, leading the way for a busy year ahead. Admin support and drafting staff available immediately for these projects.
10+years in building structures within New Zealand, in a consulting environment. CPEng is a bonus, or if close to achieving, support will be given
