This is a prominent and successful Engineering consultancy based on Auckland’s North Shore. This firm has a wealth of industry experience behind them and boasts one of the most well-known names in the market. Due to a steady growth over the last few years they are now looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to step into a newly created Team Leader role.

In this position your responsibilities will be across ensuring a high standard of work is met by your team, as well as projects being delivered efficiently, within time and within budget. This is a key position which will see you collaborating with various departments and disciplines as well as dealing with specific clients. The majority of your projects will be across the education, senior living, retail and residential sectors.

To flourish in this position you must have:

• A Bachelor of Engineering with a minimum of 8 years NZ based experience
• Experience liaising with clients and building solid relationships across the industry
• Strong commercial acumen, embody collaboration and be an open and transparent individual
• Ability and drive to lead an already high-performing team
• Ideally you will be CPEng as well
