  • An opportunity has become available for a proactive and forward thinking candidate to join a Finance team at their Head Offices in Newmarket.

WHAT.
  • Resolve and process large volumes of credit and debit note requests from the Sales Team
  • Liaise with Account Managers, Sales Teams and other departments in order to process payments
  • Prepare manual invoices as requested
  • Print, collate and post invoices and statements
  • Participate in business projects as and when required 
  • Provide back up support for other roles in the team when at high workload 
YOU.

To be successful in this role you will need to possess excellent Excel skills, be inquisitive by nature and have excellent customer service skills. You will be tertiary qualified with a minimum of 1 - 2 years work experience in an office environment.
