My client is currently looking for a Planning Manager to lead a small team across a variety of different projects throughout Auckland. You will spearhead the development of the team as well as also being able to work independently and presenting yourself of a high professional manor to clients. The company are continuing to grow because of the relationships they have built over the years so someone who shares their values will be of real interest
  
Required Skills
  

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Planning or Resource Management
• Experience in land use, subdivision, and integrated resource consent applications
• Technical advice and mentor the team
• Project management experience for private sector clients
• Overlook the preparation of a wide range of resource consent applications and presents expert planning evidence at Council hearings
