Junior Project Manager
One of Auckland’s most admired construction companies now seeks an Assistant Project Manager to join their ever-increasing construction delivery team.
A company who prides themselves in employing both youth and experience they are now seeking to employ an influential and highly competent Assistant Project Manager for small to medium sized projects throughout Auckland ranging in value from $5m - $15m.
The Assistant Project Manager will work alongside the Senior Project Manager in the delivery and management of flagship projects throughout Auckland.

Responsibilities:
- The project manager will be responsible for the project management of Construction projects up to the value of $15m.
- You will have overall responsibility for the projects on site, and the allocation of work involved in these projects.
- Managing and working closely with the Pre-Contracts and Contracts team
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, in budget and to specification whilst adhering to legal compliance and regulations
- You will be directly responsible for all project specific safety, quality, budget and construction programmes
Requirements
- Have minimum 4 years' experience at Project Management level within the construction sector
- Experience in a site operations or sub-contractor is advantageous
- Must be able to deliver projects from foundation to finish on high end commercial projects
- Proven ability to build and maintain efficient and professional Client relationships
