ABOUT THE COMPANY:

• Spacious, open-plan office on the North-shore close to the CBD with offices internationally also
• Services include Civil, Fire, Structural, Surveying, and Transport
• Work on a mix of projects across Commercial, residential, educational, and healthcare sectors
• Provided engineering services since the 80's
• Team of over 40 staff

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client liaison
• Land Transfer and setout work
• Land Development and infrastructure projects
• Producing reports for both your team and clientele
• Using the latest software including Civil 12D

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Relevant Land Surveying qualification
• Experience in NZ within the Land Development industry
• Good working knowledge of council’s district planning requirements
• Between 3-5 years of NZ experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
