ABOUT THE COMPANY:

A tier one construction company who operate throughout New Zealand and Internationally. They are a market leader in the delivery of major engineering and construction projects and have experience that stretches over 100 years.

Have maintained strong relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers undertaking demanding projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To seamlessly manage engineering systems, detailed design management (D&C), coordination and implementation of design detail
• Meet company and client expectations
• Development and specification of construction processes
• Whilst meeting construction, safety and financial standards
• To plan, organise and control the engineering aspects of a project or number of projects for the region

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in complex and/or large scale projects
• Professional practising NZ registered engineer with at least 15+ years’ experience in engineering
• Experience in a large construction/multi project environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including solid computer skills
• Academic or professional qualification in engineering or another relevant field is essential
