We are currently on the lookout for an Administration person for our Auckland Office. We are a well-known Kiwi Traffic company with locations throughout NZ. This is an office based role.

ABOUT YOU:
•Minimum Class 2 Full Driver Licence
•2 years Transport / Traffic / Security / Civil / Logistics experience
•Operations experience
•An STMS Ticket would be beneficial
•A NZ citizen or Permanent Resident
•Time Management Skills
•Flexible and Adaptable
•Excellent verbal and written communication
•Works well under pressure
THE DUTIES:
•Preparation of daily job packs
•Branch Health & Safety
•Growing customer base
•Ensuring Company vehicle Stds are maintained
•TMP preparation and submission
•NZTA/Local Council requirements are adhered too.
•Building Customer Relationships
•Quoting Jobs
•Working with the Civil Division when required
•Organising crews for jobs
The ideal candidate will have past Traffic Management experience, class 2 license and current operations experience.
Working hours are: Tuesday to Saturday days with an ON CALL Saturday night shift once every 6 weeks
