Scope of responsibility
Reporting into the Managing Director the Northern Region New Installation/Modernisation Manager will maximize business potential for the Company in the New Installation/Modernisation component of the business. This will be achieved by providing guidance, direction and co-ordination of field staff and the wider organization of all aspects of the installation & modernisation operations as assigned and in line with company policies. Ensure the safe and reliable performance of the installations under his/her control.

To succeed in this Role you will:
- Have 7+ years of experience in Project Management
- Have solid knowledge in elevator systems.
- Have practical experience in working with commodity and major project/High Rise construction environments.
- Be experienced working in cross functional roles across direct/indirect reports
- Be experienced in construction project cost forecasting
- Have strong written and verbal communication
- Be meeting challenging KPI targets
- Be involved in negotiation of projects (contracts/change orders/Final Accounts etc.)
- Have project management capacity planning
- Be coaching & mentoring project managers
- Be managing internal processes
- Have strong business acumen
- Have computer skills - Microsoft Office, MS-Project and SAP.
- Have ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people with diverse backgrounds throughout all levels and disciplines
- Have ability to develop and maintain positive, cooperative, team orientated relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers, clients and others in contact with the job
