Our Finance team is growing and we now have two exciting opportunities for Senior Management Accountants or Senior Financial Analysts to join our Finance team, who won Finance Team of the Year at the 2017 CFO Awards! At present our Finance team consists of around 25 employees, a mix of Financial and Management Accountants, Accounts Payable and Receivable staff.

You'll be responsible for undertaking strategic analysis and financial modelling, providing financial and management information to relevant stakeholders for decision-making and partnering with relevant business units to ensure strong financial management processes and outcomes. You will work closely with our Development and Construction teams as they work to acquire land, prepare feasibility modelling for retirement village builds and manage build costs. You will also play a key role in determining appropriate retirement unit sales pricing.
Who are we looking for? Candidates with:
- A tertiary degree in accounting and CFA/CA qualification (or equivalent)
- 5+ years' experience in a corporate finance or accounting role
- Previous financial modelling experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
