Concretec NZ Limited is one of Auckland's preferred suppliers of pre-cast concrete products. We are based just off the motorway on Ridge Road Pokeno. Since our inception Concretec has grown rapidly to become one of the preferred suppliers of pre-cast concrete offering a full range of reinforced concrete products - panels, beams, columns, stairs and vaults. We are typically involved with some of the most prestigious construction projects in the greater Auckland Area. Our company is NZ owned and operated managed by it's owners who understand the importance of commitment, quality and service to help their clients achieve project success.
The role is hands on, managing the the day to day reinforcement requirements from deliveries, placement of, checking quantity, quality and of number of. You will report daily to Production Manager / Planner and Reinforcing Manager when required otherwise role is largely autonomous.
Responsibilities:
- Meet production and delivery schedules at all times.
- Liaise directly with reinforcing manager and raise and concerns or flags with him immediately.
- Keep Reo drop off area, clean, clear, accessible.
- Account for all incoming Reinforcing.
- Ensure quality standards are specifications are met.
- Ensure the delivery and placement of Reo, is completed safely by competent and trained sub-contractors.
- Be active and visible with one foot ahead of the game at all times.
Personal Qualities / Experience:
- Highly organised and motivated
- Must have excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Previous experience in civil construction field and or in reinforcement preferred.
- Familiar with pre-cast manufacturing.
- Attention to detail.
