Senior Project Manager - Relocate to Wellington

This leading Main Contractor are paving the way on various commercial projects, with a good local reputation in New Zealand. This established company are now looking for a experienced Senior Project Manager to be base amongst the vibrant cultural filled Wellington. They are not looking for numbers and want to be able to invest in the longevity and progression of their team members.
 
The Role

• Responsible for the onsite team you will ensure the day to day running of the project operates with success.
• Being agile you will be able to manage diverse projects ranging up to $100mill+  from residential to commercial.
• Being the direct report to to your team and liaising with clients you will have a natural gift with people able to build rapport
• Having a grip on the larger picture you will be able to effectively manage and problem solve through the duration of the project.
• Time and Budget Management will be essential to the project’s success.
• You will be conscientious of quality and safety of throughout.

 
About you

• You must have good Commercial Project Management experience on projects $50mill+ within a reputable Main Contractor.
• Highly driven you want to work within a company as equally ambitious leading the way in the construction industry.
• You have a proven ability to deliver projects on time and to budget with your high standards of quality.
• Proactive you will be able to pre-empt any hindrance as well as maintain a health and safety conscious environment.
• Relatable to all levels within the company you value maintaining effective relationships with your subcontractors and clients.
