That's where you come in.
We're looking for a Junior or Intermediate Survey Technician to join our Auckland Airport office survey team lead by a Registered Professional Surveyor.
You'll need to have a background in Survey work as a Technician, and be comfortable with surveying software such as 12D, AutoCAD, Trimble Business Centre, and LandOnline. Of course, you'll also need a full NZ driver's licence.
You will be organised and efficient, comfortable working independently, and able to switch between field work and office work with ease.
What you'll be doing
As a Survey Technician, you'll often be out in the field using Trimble, GPS, and Robotic Total Station equipment, completing legal and topographical survey tasks, as well as set-out work. When in the office, you'll be using 12D, AutoCAD, and LandOnline.
Many of the projects you will be working on will be Land Development-related, particularly focused on residential subdivisions. You will also have topographical surveys to complete for the Auckland Airport, as well as the occasional small house site survey.
