Experienced General Foreman needed to lead a new large scale, commercial level residential and mixed use build project for an established and continually growing developer

Our client is a highly successful developer specialising in the healthcare, leisure and residential markets across NZ and Australia. Due to continued growth they are in need of an experienced General Foreman with build and finishing experience to join them to lead a new build project in Auckland

The salary for this position is $80-100k depending on experience. You must have broad experience of working on medium to high value construction projects; be comfortable supervising multi disciplinary teams and managing projects to high completion standard. You will have a the opportunity to work on a unique and large-scale development.

We are looking for:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Foreman our Site Manager on large scale projects
• New Zealand construction experience 
• Relevant trade certification
• Strong trades background ideal
• Great technical ability and finishing experience
• Excellent people management skills
• Ability to lead a team and to assist the Site Manager with programming
