A well established Commercial Construction company with years of experience and knowledge across NZ is now looking for a career driven, experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team as they undertake a new project in Auckland. 

THE ROLE:

• Providing accurate cost advice to clients;
• Estimates and cost plans
• Measuring take offs, variations and preparing cash flows
• Undertake site visit and complete valuations of work complete on site
• Amend / update / reconcile Cost Reports
• BOQ's
• Undertake cost analysis
• Writing of monthly reports

THE PERSON:

• NZ experience is essential
• 5 years + experience across commercial projects 
• Degree qualified QS or equivalent
• Clear communication and written skills
• Driven and hungry to succeed within a team
