NIGHT SHIFT ROLE
OneStaff are looking for a highly motivated and Experienced Class 2 driver with leadership qualities for this team leader role. This exciting position is working for a well - known and respected civil contractor that specialises in all maintenance type services such as litter collection, road sweeping (class 2 trucks), removal of graffiti, site / public road cleanups IE water-blasting etc!
Key responsibilities and qualities in this role:
- Health & Safety focused attitude
- leadership qualities and relevant experience overseeing / directing a small team
- Experience in a similar field where you have worked hands on and driven trucks or machinery within a civil construction environment
- Able to conduct toolbox meetings & give instruction to your team on site work plans
- Manage and assist staff with timesheets, rosters, H&S related tasks
- Very good written and verbal communication, must also be computer and smartphone savvy
- Keen and approachable attitude, relateable and a team player

This role requires your commitment Sunday - Thursday approx 6pm to 5am shifts.
