Adecco Wellington are looking for experienced commercial project managers. We partner with a number of reputable building companies with national footprints across New Zealand. Our clients being renowned for providing exceptional high quality service with a focus on construction.
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to manage the end to end process of large projects in the Wellington region. With permanent, full time opportunities these roles require dedication, an acute eye for detail, the ability to work to tight/strict deadlines and successfully manage large scale projects of various budgets.
To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes:
* Ability to supervise and facilitate large scale projects
* Relevant experience within New Zealand
* Capable of building strong relationships, respect and trust with contractors
* Strong people management skills
* Strong IT skills - MS Project, MS Office suite.
* Have appropriate experience and background in Construction
* Disciplined and self-motivated with a positive approach to work
* Have a good understanding of the NZ building regulations and construction methodologies
* Ability to manage complex relationships with multiple stakeholders
