Not for the faint hearted
This job isn't for the faint hearted. It requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager with significant experience in the NZ market to overhaul this complex, multifaceted construction project based on the city fringe.
Top of their game
This job needs someone at the top of their commercial game to set this job back on track. It will be challenging, there will likely be a lot of troubleshooting however that is what sets good contractors apart from the bad.

This job may also suit someone in a permanent position who has always liked the idea of contract work and earning for the hours you put out. There is job safety with this contract as it will likely run until July 2019 at a minimum.
Responsibility
The person who comes on board will have full commercial control of the site from forecasting through to negotiating variations paying subcontractors and will work in harmony with the PM who has been establised on the project since the get-go.
Due to the complexities of this job, candidates will be considered for the role if they have a significant track record in Senior Quantity Surveying within a commercial main contractotor in New Zealand with strong working histories with kiwi commercial sub contractors.
