We are a well established contractor located in the Bay of Plenty and have a 40 year track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
Our work portfolio includes projects within the Industrial, Commercial, Education and Health sectors. We also complete refurbishments and fit out contracts.
Due to our increased workload we require a candidate with a proven track record of hands-on site management with a minimum of five years experience in a similar role.
We also require skills in the following areas:
- Hands-on and self motivated manager of men. Able to plan and control both direct and sub contract labour.
- Responsible for all on-site Health & Safety and Quality Control.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and budget.
- Working knowledge of both NZ3604 & NS3910.
- Able to understand site programmes.
- Good time management, able to plan, forecast and produce and track simple site programmes.
- Computer literate.
- This role is Tauranga based however preference will be given to a candidate who would be prepared to work away from home for individual contracts.
