Halcyon Project Management Ltd (HPM) is a new company based in Hawkes Bay offering professional project management consultancy services to a range of clients across the New Zealand construction and property industry. Our aim is to be the leading provider for end to end project management across New Zealand. We are experiencing rapid growth and are now in a position to find super stars to help achieve this dream.
The position available is for a Senior Project Manager who is focussed on service excellence and accountability to deliver on time the best possible outcomes to our clients. We will provide the opportunity to lead and project manage large scale building projects.
Ideally you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, building science or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years' professional experience.
- An industry recognised qualification in Project Management such as PRINCE2 or PMP, or currently working towards this.
- Superior stakeholder engagement skills.
- Stringent OHS practices.
- Skilled Design and pre-Construction management.
- Forward thinking in identifying potential risk.

We have a positive forward workload with some exciting projects to be a part of (current projects range from $2M - $20+ million). Ideally, we will find a senior employee but we will also consider an intermediate who wants to develop.
