Franklin Smith are partnering with this ‘large corporate’ construction company who are close to boasting a $1bn turnover. With over 40 years in operation, growth is continuing and they continue to be a true market leader in providing full cycle construction and engineering project delivery.
They have a need for an experienced Construction Manager to come on board and be an integral part of their continued growth, leading a large team of operational staff including Project Managers, Site Managers and Foremen.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience managing projects more than $40million
- Experience managing multiple projects
- An advanced user of MS project
- Established relationships in the Auckland market
- An ability to generate business from these relationships
- Experience in design and build
- An ability to positively affect the strategic direction of the business
- A proven record of leading and developing staff
- Ideally a relevant degree qualification
This role will suit somebody currently in a Construction Management position or a Senior Project Manager with a proven work history in the Auckland market looking to make a step up.
