In this role you will be working for a large, highly, successful sub –contractor on a major inner city construction project. You will work on-site managing all aspects of my client’s work which involves overseeing installation teams (8-10 workers). You will co-ordinate with their head-office around order and delivery of materials, liaise with the main contractor, as well as overseeing all aspects of the contract such as on-time installation and quality.
Ideally you will have site, construction or project management experience in the construction industry or similar, such as engineering.
Ideally you will have 10 years plus experience preferably as a sub-contractor. You will need to be able to manage all aspects of a works contract.
You will need to be highly organised, have strong communication skills and be able to make decisions on your own and know when to seek advice.
This role is salaried and reflects the level of skill and experience my client is looking for. Vehicle is included in the package.
