- Director level position within our Construction Services business

The Role
We are actively looking for a highly experienced director level, Project Manager to lead the Consulting Project Management for the construction phase delivery of major complex building infrastructure works (+$250M). You will be responsible for the safe delivery of the project within cost, time and quality requirements.
About You
As a senior member of the South Island Construction Services team, excellent team leadership and collaborative client and contractor management skills are required to be matched with technical skills and knowledge of health, safety, environment, quality, commercial, finance, risk and technical expertise in complex vertical building.
You will have well-developed communication skills and a strong track record in delivering large complex projects on time and to budget.
Furthermore, you will be able to demonstrate:
- 15+ years’ professional project management experience.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
Experience in pools, stadiums or other leisure facilities is preferred. Complex buildings such as hospitals or airports would also be beneficial.
