We seek an energetic and enthusiastic Team Lead to join our team on the Waterview Tunnel. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in Incident Handling especially around emergency incidents to lead a team responding to call outs as required.  You will provide a cool head under pressure with expertise including planning, risk management and consultation with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities include implementing and supervising temporary traffic management in accordance with approved TMP and CoPTTM, ensuring team and public safety, plan, program and coordinate all works prior to each shift, run daily pre-start health & safety meetings and facilitating all communications relating to incident response.

Ideally you will have at least 3 years’ experience in roading maintenance, experience dealing with Incident Response, you will have current first aid and full class 2 licence, additionally an STMS level 2/3 would be advantageous. You will have the innate ability to manage the demands of active management while taking a hands on proactive approach.  You work hard to establish trust, providing open communication with stakeholders at all times.
