The job itself - The role is with a residential house builder who his making a real dent in the housing market delivering over 100 houses a year. You will report to the construction manager and your responsibilities will be keeping to the project managers schedule managing project deadlines health and safety, quality control and all trades.

To be successful - You have been on site for a number of years you know what you need skill wise, you need to manage the site and staff, have a good eye for detail and keep to schedule. What will set you apart is your attitude, your effort and end goal - Have an aim to progress and this company will assist you every step of the way.
