Madison Recruitment is looking for temporary Accounts Payable Officers who are ready to get into their next role to facilitate the demand from our clients.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

High volume invoice processing
Daily banking and reconciliation
Knowledge of end to end accounts payable processes
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
Matching and coding experience
Investigating and resolving payment / invoice discrepancies
Manage input and process purchase orders
Month End

To be successful in this role, you will:

Have 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Possess competent data entry skills with focus on speed and accuracy
Be able to multi task and prioritize your day
High attention to detail
Have experience with accounting software such as XERO,MYOB and JDE
