Civil Project Site Supervisor
Auckland

Currently we are seeking a Site Supervisor to contribute in the delivery of high quality light Civil installation projects.
Having responsibility for site work, you will ensure that it is carried out to a high standard, within scope and in an efficient and timely manner and most importantly in line with Health and Safety processes and initiatives. In addition you will have responsibility for providing direction for employees and sub-contractors on site, assist in the completion of project documents and identify areas for efficiency gains and improvement opportunities. Just to ensure you don't get bored you will also have the opportunity to provide hands on technical guidance and support.
In order to be considered for this role you should have the following skills and experience -
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, or alternatively possess hands on skills and looking for the next step in your career
- Possess the ability to communicate well to a wide variety of people
- Be able to multi-task and plan and prioritise your work to meet required timeframes
- Possess sound decision making skills and common sense
- Have all round building knowledge enabling proactive discussions with contractors
- Have a Health and Safety focus, and champion HSE on site
- Be proactive, independent and use good judgement
