Franklin Smith are seeking a Project Manager with experience working within the consultancy space in New Zealand to join their brand.
Key tasks:
- Liaise with the rest of the team on project briefs, complexities, risk management and budgets
- Effectively manage set timeframes, financial checkpoints, work plans and other agreed goals
- Maintain a high performance, customer focussed culture that produces results exceeding expectations
- Involved in the end to end construction lifecycle
- Leading multiple concurrent projects across various lifecycles including design management, tendering, contract administration and scheduling
Ideal candidate:
- Between 5 and 7 years of experience in a Consultancy Project Management or Clientside
- Tertiary qualification in either civil engineering, construction is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and performance manage teams to achieve agreed outcomes
- Results driven and motivated individual
