One of New Zealand’s award winning residential housing companies is looking for a new Quantity Surveyor, specialising in renovations & architectural new builds in Auckland. You will be joining a growing company with a proven track record of building high spec homes.

Role available as a Quantity Surveyor in a North Shore based residential company. This position is paying a salary of $80,000 - $100,000.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Minimum 8 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the NZ market.
• Residential experience is essential
• Renovation experience is desirable, but not essential.
• Ability to work autonomously
• Desire to want to work with clients, and get out on site
• Ability to perform material take offs
• Provide build estimates
• Ability to raise construction variations
