Our focus is on providing a quality service to our clients from installation to maintenance. 

We currently need an high performance Operations Manager to manage total business operations in Auckland.

 

About the role

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects, and services.
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected.
  • Associated administration including monthly reports, preparation of monthly accounts/progress claims and associated contract documentation
  • Collecting and analyzing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes
  • Undertaking site visits to advise on required work and troubleshoot site issues
  • Management of work in progress and variations in conjunction with project foreman
  • Managing orders, deliveries of supplies
  • Managing staff time schedules
  • Creating and maintaining company webpages and updating documents templates
  • Developing and implementing worksite safety and health policies
  • Analysing business performances and maximise effectiveness and efficiency of work cycle

Skills and experience

 

  • Minimum three years management experience
  • Good time anagement and organizational skills
  • Ability to read situations and respond accordingly
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different people in all aspects of the role
  • High level of business analysing skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Great computer skills include website maintenance
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Both speaking and writing)
