The Assistant Management Accountant provides assistance to the Finance Business Partners and Management Accountants in providing financial insights and assistance to the business. This includes providing financial advice, guidance and innovative solutions that integrate with the organisational strategic direction
Key requirements:
• Membership of, or study towards full membership of, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand or an equivalent body is preferable.
• Business, finance or other related degree and previous work experience in a finance related role
• Experience in budgeting, variance reporting and cost accounting work is preferable.
• Sound analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Strong prioritisation skills and consistently meets deadlines.
• Strong computer skills (particularly in the Microsoft suite of applications) and the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
