Challenges will include coming up to speed with a large and complex business that is unique in the residential space; understand different drivers both short and long term; assessment of land for the development of housing including feasibility when considering planning, environmental and regulatory opportunities etc.
  
In addition, the wider team will support you in other project areas including consents, planning documentation, submissions (to name but a few), as well as providing analytical advice regarding spatial systems.
  
Ideally, you'll possess a tertiary qualification in planning, or similar degree, and have a couple of years experience within a consultancy or client-side. In return, as mentioned, a visible career path beckons.
